Today’s post is the first of many full routines I hope to create for you. In less than 15 minutes, I’ll take you through a postural adjustment, breath work, and then we’ll connect that breath directly into a simple vocalise on oo and ah vowels. It’s a great start to a full practice or a terrific vocal check-in on its own.
Unlike the exercise videos, which are more in depth and explain how and why each exercise works, these routine videos are more straightforward, and you’ll sing right along with me, like a workout video.
